如何用傳輸線把iPhone裡的"備忘錄"傳到電腦

我使用傳輸線, 把iPhone連接電腦,
從電腦只收得到手機裡的照片, 但看不到"備忘錄"的檔案,

我寫了很多東西在備忘錄, 想全部傳到電腦, 要怎麼做呢? 謝謝!
如果沒辦法, 只能一次一筆用網路傳輸了, 會很費時. ><
