風浪打翻橡皮艇 2人溺斃

>苗栗縣消防局，下午在龍鳳漁港北岸進行橡皮艇操作訓練，沒想到因為風浪太大，造成一艘橡皮艇翻覆，船上一名救生教練，以及一名學員落水，兩人被救起送醫時，已經失去呼吸心跳。>>

救難人員衝到海邊，緊急在岸上施作CPR，用沙灘車將人運到救護車上，緊急送醫，經過搶救還是宣告不治，家屬趕到醫院，傷心哭斷腸，意外發生在下午，苗栗縣消防局進行例行性水上救生訓練，32人出動了8艘橡皮艇，但是竹南外海的巨浪，卻讓6艘船艇翻覆，多人落海，造成兩死悲劇。
