彰化地檢署今天南下頂新屏東廠搜索，彰檢襄閱主任檢察官黃智勇晚間表示，彰檢正帶回一名已列為被告的蔡姓品保組長。

黃智勇說，彰化地檢署今天在頂新屏東工廠的搜索行動持續到晚間結束，目前正從屏東帶回一名已列為被告的蔡姓品保組長，全案朝違反食品安全衛生管理法及刑法詐欺取財罪偵辦。

追查頂新國際集團所生產的油品疑混入飼料油，彰化地檢署、高雄地檢署、衛生福利部食品藥物管理署、屏東縣衛生局、刑事局南部打擊犯罪中心等單位，今天前往位於屏東縣內埔鄉的頂新製油工廠，衛生局人員執行稽查、封存，檢方則搜索、約談廠內人員。(中央社)
