我想,人或多或少都有現實的一面,抵制電信業者說來簡單,但講到違約金又是另一回事~
撇開使用習慣跟不可抗力及無合約狀態等因素,並非人人都願意負擔違約金及搭配中高資合約,所以應該在某種程度上還是有難度...
