女警不用穿裙裝 政院：消除歧視

政府單位過去明文規定，女性夏季制服必須穿裙裝，以後將不能強制規定了。為消除對婦女一切形式歧視公約，行政院上午通過警察服制條例第五條修正草案，刪除相關規定，未來只能依工作導向來穿著，而不能再硬性規定女警要穿裙子。

行政院認為，限定女員工制服為短裙或窄裙等不符「消除對婦女一切形式歧視公約（CEDAW）」法規，帶有性別區隔與歧視，日前已決議，自今年底開始，在3年內取消所有男女服制違反性別平等規定，第一批被鎖定的就是警消、海關等人員，未來將擴展到校園，不能強制女學生穿裙裝。
